M&A Project Manager - Secret Clearance

Job Description Insight Global is partnering with a leading defense client to support a high‑visibility, mission‑critical initiative. This IT Project Manager will play a key role in driving execution and delivery outcomes across an enterprise wide centralized classified experience. This person will be critical leading their discovery and assessment of classified information systems, M&A related discovery activities and coordinating high-volume workstreams with multiple stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale classified transformation. This role will support high-visibility, classified programs and requires a seasoned PM who can drive execution, enforce project rigor, and deliver results across complex technical environments. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in classified network programs, Earned Value Management (EVMS), and enterprise infrastructure initiatives, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across their full lifecycle. This position will sit in a hybrid model out of one of the following: Tewksbury, MA / Tucson, AZ / Mckinney, TX. Compensation: $65-80/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
