Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a defined caseload of clients, building rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, emotional stability, and to schedule upcoming appointments or arrange for discharge when necessary.

• Design, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual client.

• Ensure compliance with documentation and record-keeping laws by maintaining accurate and timely progress notes for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments that identify client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, applying various therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Participate in clinical supervision sessions, fostering continuous professional growth and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support clients with diverse mental health challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n
