Program Associate, GreenLight Boston

As the founding site of GreenLight Fund, Boston has been at the forefront of driving community-led change for 20 years. Our Boston team has launched 15 innovative portfolio organizations, addressing critical unmet needs in areas such as education, mental health, and economic mobility. In addition to our annual selection process, each year, we host two signature events that bring together community leaders, partners, and investors to celebrate our collective impact. GreenLight Boston seeks an independent, highly organized, and community-focused Program Associate with a passion for equity and serving children and families in the Greater Boston area. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of GreenLight Boston, and work collaboratively with a local team as well as a national network of sites with duties in program, operations, and development. You are a great fit for this role if you take initiative and learn quickly, have a strong love of learning and research, have strong written and oral communication skills, are a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, ask questions, quickly learn and analyze new information, and enjoy working on a small team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
