Leasing Agent (High-Performance / AppFolio-Driven) Campagna Property Management About Us Campagna Property Management is a fast-growing, locally owned firm managing 450+ residential properties across East Dallas and surrounding areas. We are known for strong operations, high leasing standards, and a commitment to executing at a high level for our owners. We don’t just “show homes”—we lease them quickly, professionally, and with precision. Position Overview We are hiring a results-driven Leasing Agent responsible for leasing vacant properties, converting leads, and delivering a high-quality showing experience that results in executed leases. This is a high-accountability, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and understands that leasing is a sales role first. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales Execution Conduct property showings and actively close prospective tenants Follow up on all leads with urgency (calls, texts, email) Convert inquiries into applications and signed leases Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision process Lead Management & Systems Manage all prospects through AppFolio CRM Maintain accurate and timely notes, follow-ups, and status updates Respond to new leads within company response-time standards Market Feedback & Pricing Insight Provide real-time feedback on pricing, condition, and competition Identify trends impacting leasing velocity (price resistance, objections, etc.) Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy when needed Property Readiness Ensure vacant units are show-ready (lights on, clean, accessible) Coordinate with maintenance and turnover teams as needed Report any issues immediately Professional Representation Represent Campagna Property Management with professionalism at all times Educate prospects on application requirements and leasing process Maintain strong communication with internal team Days on Market (DOM) reduction Lead-to-show conversion rate Show-to-application conversion rate Application-to-lease conversion rate Response time to new inquiries Qualifications 1–3+ years of leasing or real estate sales experience preferred Strong closing ability and sales mindset Excellent communication and follow-up skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Tech-savvy (AppFolio experience strongly preferred) Compensation Commission-based with strong earning potential Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) What Success Looks Like Vacancies are leased quickly and efficiently Prospects are consistently followed up with and converted Properties stay competitive in the market Who This Is NOT For Someone who just wants to “open doors” Someone who struggles with follow-up or accountability Someone who needs constant supervision Who This IS For Someone who thrives on performance metrics Someone who takes ownership of results #J-18808-Ljbffr Campagna Property Management
