The role involves working in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to a mix of software development, modernization, and integration/test activities. The engineer will work independently on assigned tasks within a small team structure.Key Responsibilities* Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.* Engage in software development, modernization, and integration/test activities.* Work independently to complete story points in an Agile framework.* Collaborate within small teams and potentially move between groups based on project needs.Required Qualifications**Technical Skills:*** Java* C++* Windows Server 2019* Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8Preferred Qualifications* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.* Proficiency in Python.* Knowledge of ActiveMQ or WINE.* Experience with Command & Control (C2), Mission Management, or satellite ground systems.* Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
