You may be contacted by phone by recruitment personnel based in either Canada or New York.Work Shift:Job Description:JOB DESCRIPTIONThis role focuses on the execution of defined customizations, system maintenance, integration (including RESTful APIs), SQL development, and user support activities under established ERP standards and direction from IT leadership.Responsibilities:Administer Infor CSI/SyteLine security, user accounts, permissions, and background processing queuesProvide ERP support through the Service Desk in accordance with established support processesDiagnose and resolve ERP related system issues in collaboration with cross departmental teamsDesign, develop, maintain, and support ERP customizations, including enhancing existing IDOs, utilizing User Defined Extension Tables (UETs), creating custom forms and personalizations and developing reportsDevelop and maintain RESTful Web APIs to support integration between applicationsCollaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement and support third‑party integrations under established technical and vendor engagement guidelinesPerform SQL Server administration tasks, including backups, index maintenance, and SQL Agent job monitoringDevelop and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, views, and custom tablesMaintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports as assignedSupport data replication and data consistency across ERP environmentsAssist in creating and maintaining environments used for ERP development and testingExecute defined testing and validation procedures for system upgrades, customizations, and integrationsAssist users in identifying improvement opportunities and defining requirements, including validation and testing expectationsSupport change adoption by assisting with user process definition and documentationProvide knowledge transfer and functional training for new ERP modules or integrated applicationsProduce and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, and revision control recordsParticipate in IT department projects and cross functional initiatives as assignedMeet assigned deadlines and support project plans within defined scopes and prioritiesQualifications:External Candidates:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field3+ years’ experience supporting and developing for ERP platforms such as Infor CSI/SyteLine or comparable2+ years’ experience with SQL Server development and administrationAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while following established standardsAbility to meet tight deadlines with high quality requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills and Experience:Experience with Infor Syteline (CSI) modules, APS scheduling, DataViews and WorkbenchesFamiliarity with Infor OS, Mongoose framework, and cloud-hosted ERP environmentsExperience with LakeCo suite of ApplicationsCloud‑hosted ERP familiarityC# or .NET development experienceKnowledge of RESTful Web API developmentKnowledge of BI toolsStrong task prioritization and time‑management skillsWORK ENVIRONMENT:ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace RequirementsOccasional lifting up to 25 lbs.Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of timePrimary work environment is professional corporate officeGorbel is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, alienage or national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, gender, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, arrest record, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.
