Resident Assistant Four Seasons Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking for a caring and compassionate individual to provide personal care, basic housekeeping duties and customer service to our Assisted Living residents in Columbus, OH . We are looking for a caring and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of caring for our residents. This individual will assist with monitoring the residents on our secured memory care unit.
Must have a passion for helping others! Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills Optalis offers: Excellent Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision, life and disability)
