Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, engaging, and dependable nanny for a wonderful family near West Ashley with four young children aged 5, 3, 2, 1 and mom is expecting baby number 5 in November. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a fun, structured environment while maintaining consistency with established routines and expectations. The family is looking for a nanny who is firm but warm, understands the importance of boundaries, and can confidently reinforce the family's rules in a positive and respectful way. They value someone who can balance playfulness with structure, helping the children feel secure while encouraging learning, independence, and creativity throughout the day. The family lives on a beautiful property with plenty of land and a variety of farm animals, including chickens, turkeys, and other animals. While caring for the animals is not part of the position, the nanny should be comfortable working in this environment and enjoy being around farm life.

The schedule is four days per week from approximately 9:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM, with Thursday being the only required workday. The remaining three days offer flexibility and will be determined with the family's schedule. Compensation is $30$33 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
