Must-Have:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Strong experience in Event Management and ITOM.
- Experience with MID Server configuration.
- Hands-on experience integrating monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SCOM, Splunk).
- Strong knowledge of Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Experience with CMDB health and CSDM.
- JavaScript, REST APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow CSA with CIS-ITOM certification preferred.
