From creative sourcing and community networking to interviewing, offers, and onboarding, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while creating an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.What You'll DoManage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching and placing qualified candidates.Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining consistent communication, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding hiring experience.Develop talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.Partner with Green Bay-area businesses to understand hiring needs and connect them with exceptional talent.Be a visible ABR ambassador throughout the Green Bay community—building relationships with employers, candidates, schools, workforce partners, and community organizations.Highlights of Employment at ABRMinimum starting salary: $57,000 annually plus commission.
