Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with recruiting team to develop and execute research and sourcing strategies to meet goals
• Operate resume databases, Internet search tools, social media platforms, salesforce.com and applicant tracking systems
• Research and develop techniques and approaches to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of talent through a variety of methods including an ATS, complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs and more
• Provide tactical and strategic support to recruitment team to drive candidate responses and engagement
• Accurate input and maintenance of candidate tracking tools for timely communication and client reporting

Requirements
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in communication, journalism, or business administration; high school diploma required
• Previous talent sourcing or recruitment experience required
• Strong research and technology skills
