Associate Director - Infrastructure and Architecture

Become a part of our caring communityWe are seeking an Associate Director of Infrastructure and Architecture who will lead the engineers integrating 4 current and all future subsidiaries into enterprise technologies, processes, and teams. They will have ownership of 14 broad technology platforms while each subsidiary is moving through the integration pipeline.The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture designs and develops IT infrastructure architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).Home Health, OneHome, Conviva, & Trueshore and future acquisitions are integrating their infrastructure and platforms into the enterprise technologies, processes, and teams. In order to realize the desired future state for M&A Integrations, this leader must have broad technology exposure and depth. Their engineering team will have ownership of the following technology domains for subsidiaries:Distributed Compute Hardware, Hypervisor, Server OS, and Supporting ToolingPublic Cloud IaaS and PaaS from all HyperscalersBlock, File, and Backup StorageDistributed DatabasesDNS & DHCPMicrosoft Active DirectoryPublic Key InfrastructureInfrastructure & Platform MonitoringInfrastructure & Platform Automation & Orchestration (IaC)The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$142,300 - $195,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
