CT Technologist

We are seeking a CT Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic computed tomography (CT) scans, producing high-quality images, and exercising professional judgment during procedures. The role involves providing patient care, initiating life support when necessary, and effectively interacting with patients, physicians, families, and staff. Key Duties Include Operating CT equipment to produce accurate scans and performing related procedures and protocols Learning and utilizing new technology and orienting new employees Obtaining patient information to enhance personalized care Developing an understanding of patients\' physical and emotional status across all age groups Potentially performing additional diagnostic radiology tasks, mobile imaging, EKG, cardiac monitor placement, and DEXA procedures based on facility needs Qualifications And Skills Required Completion of an AMA-approved or JCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology training program ARRT certification required at hire; CT certification preferred within two years Licensure through relevant state boards if applicable Basic Life Support (BLS) and I.V. certification within six weeks of employment Ability to learn new technology and work effectively with diverse patient populations This role may involve on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet facility needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr CARIN Alliance
