Per-Diem (Call Coverage) Urology Physician with Banner University Medicine

Urologist Opportunity

Banner University Medical Group, in partnership with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to provide flexible per diem call coverage as part of the inaugural development of the Department of Urology.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing academic program while maintaining a flexible schedule and supporting high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Focused Role: Provide on-call coverage exclusively at our flagship academic medical center in Central Phoenix
• Flexible Schedule: Step in when regular Urology faculty members are unavailable for call
• Collaborative Setting: Partner with Banner Health Transfer Services and a dedicated team of APPs and Urologists
• Academic Environment: Engage with a multidisciplinary team in a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
• Unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Must reside within the community served
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and teamwork
