Breakdown / Layover Pay: $100 per day after the first 24 hours Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2–3 hours (depending on load) Stop Pay: paid out based on the number of legs included on the load 1st Leg = $30 2nd-3rd Leg = $40 4th = $50 Driver Referral Bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months (both drivers must remain employed) Performance Bonuses Clean Inspection Bonuses Level 1 = $200 Level 2 = $100 Level 3 = $50 Extra $500 after your 5th clean inspection Driver of the Month: 1st place = $500 2nd place = $250 3rd-5th place = $100 Life on the Road: Average Miles: 2,700 - 3,300 per week Running Area: All 48 States - No Forced Dispatch to NYC Home Time: tiered home time policy—the longer you stay out, the more home time can be earned. 14 days out / 2 days home 4 weeks out / 4 days home 8 weeks out / 7 days home 12 weeks out / 10 days home (*CAP) Pet Policy: up to 1 dog may be authorized. $50/week until $400 fee paid in full.
