Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
- Load tools, set tool offsets, and make program adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
- Make basic feeds-and-speeds and cutting-tool adjustments
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- CNC milling experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Experience with CNC setups and tooling
- Ability to make basic program/offset adjustments
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
- CAM programming experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet production schedules
