Location and Hours of Positions.

• Latrobe Health Center: 529 Lloyd Ave., Latrobe, PA 15650
• This position is for 1 day per week.

Site Hours

• Monday8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
• Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current PA License; and Current DEA License
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
• Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
