Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Total Compensation: $120k-$165k

This role is based across two welcoming Manhattan locations and focuses on delivering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and addiction medicine services, including on-site harm reduction and syringe access programs, to a community that truly needs advocates like you.

What You'll Do:

• Perform physical exams and assess medical and psychosocial histories
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including MAT with buprenorphine
• Order and interpret laboratory tests as part of comprehensive health management
• Provide patient education and counseling to support informed health decisions
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary care team and refer out as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing continuing education

What We're Looking For:

• 2 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience or strong knowledge of addiction medicine and MAT
• Buprenorphine waiver preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EHR a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
