We are seeking a devoted Construction Project Manager/ Estimator to manage multiple projects, including new construction and renovations for commercial projects. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Architectural and Engineering Documents
• Communicate with management via daily reports
• Coordinate/supervise submittal process to Architects/Designers/Engineers
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budget limitations
• Manage, supervise, and be responsible for all project costs and participate in project accounting updates, approvals, and processes
• Coordinate subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the project and provide guidance to the team when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Experience Minimum required in Public & City/Government Projects & Bidding
• B.S. in civil engineering major or construction-related field
• Experience with Drawing, development of Architectural Plans, Elevations, and Details
• Time Management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient in takeoffs and Estimating breakdowns
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Experience doing field surveys and as-built drawings; experience with code research and product research

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Public & City/Government Projects & Bidding
• Construction Experience: 5 years (Minimum)
• 5+ years Experience Minimum required in Public & City/Government Projects
• Project Management: 5 years (Minimum)
• Experience with Government/City Construction Contracts

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
