Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop and support Site-Level Control Software that manages multiple Powerwalls and communicates with individual ECUs across distributed energy sites. The ideal candidate will have experience building device-connected, IoT-style software systems that bridge embedded devices, cloud platforms, and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience building device-connected, IoT-style software systems that bridge embedded devices, cloud platforms, and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain site-level control software for energy management systems.
- Build software that communicates with embedded devices, ECUs, cloud services, and mobile applications.
- Implement reliable control logic, monitoring, and device management capabilities.
- Collaborate with firmware, cloud, mobile, and systems engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot software, device communication, and integration issues.
- Ensure software quality, reliability, and maintainability in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Python, Java, C#, or similar application-level programming languages .
- Experience developing software that interacts with devices, hardware, or IoT ecosystems.
- Understanding of device-to-cloud communication architectures.
- Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with distributed systems and connected devices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
