Front Desk Guest Experience Agent

Homewood Suites by Hilton Odessa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, addressing all needs quickly and hospitably. You will greet guests by name when possible and support events while maintaining safety and service standards. The role requires strong communication, teamwork and the ability to follow guidelines, manage pace during busy periods, and provide accurate handovers and daily checklists to keep operations smooth and #J-18808-Ljbffr Mcr-Hotels
