Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2203.20/week -

Job Summary:

Provide urgent and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. Ensure timely assessment, intervention, and management of diverse emergency cases, adhering to clinical standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon arrival to determine clinical urgency.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement effective care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately and promptly.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with all certifications, licensing, and hospital policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Vermont RN license or Compact license.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years of current ED experience in a hospital setting.
  
  
• 
  Have active certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC from the American Heart Association.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
  
  
• 
  Own personal transportation and include valid address details in profile.
