Physician Gynecology - Competitive Salary

Job Description ATC West Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologic Surgeon with expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) and a strong interest in advanced endometriosis care. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a high-volume, established practice in Boulder County with immediate surgical volume, dedicated robotic operating time, and extensive multidisciplinary support. Dates/ScheduleSchedule Full-time permanent position Immediate high-volume surgical caseload upon hire Limited call responsibilities Call coverage restricted to established surgical patients No emergency department gynecology coverage required Practice Environment Established endometriosis-focused practice in Boulder County Current surgeon performs approximately 12-14 robotic cases per week Existing patient waitlist of approximately five months Job Details & ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Provide specialized gynecologic care with a focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques Diagnose and treat complex endometriosis cases Perform advanced robotic gynecologic surgeries Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care Deliver comprehensive surgical treatment plans for patients with chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis Collaborative Practice Model Work closely with: General Surgery Urologic Surgery Interventional Radiology Practice Support Dedicated robotic operating room time available Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants manage most new patient consultations Allows the surgeon to focus on surgical planning and perioperative care Utilize Epic EMR across the entire UCHealth system Join a physician-led medical group with over 2,000 providers throughout Colorado's Front Range Required Skills & QualificationsRequired Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologist Expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) Fellowship training in MIGS or extensive equivalent experience Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one DEA registration (required prior to start date) Current NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days of presentation Visa sponsorship needs disclosed (J-1 or H-1B, if applicable) Highly Preferred Clean malpractice history Extensive experience treating endometriosis Ideal Candidate Advanced robotic surgeon with a passion for endometriosis care Strong interpersonal and multidisciplinary collaboration skills Comfortable practicing in a high-volume surgical environment Interested in building long-term relationships with patients through specialized women's surgical care Submission Requirements Current NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) Colorado license status provided DEA status documented Visa sponsorship requirements identified (if applicable) Verification that the candidate has not previously applied directly to the positionaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
