Lester Brothers Excavation is hiring motivated a motivated Construction Laborer to support our excavation, trucking, and sitework crews. We’re looking for dependable people who show up ready to work and are interested in building a career with a reputable and established, growing Jackson employer. What You’ll Do Assist operators and skilled tradespeople on active construction sites Dig trenches, clean job sites, and help with demolition/excavation work Load, unload, and move materials and tools Operate hand and power tools Help maintain safe and organized work areas Work outdoors in all weather conditions Support crews wherever needed to keep projects moving What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness to work hard and take direction Comfortable working outdoors and getting dirty Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate and Chauffeur’s license Some exposure to working in a construction environment Why Lester Brothers?
