Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
