Create complex analytic reports from internal data sets for McGriff's service teams for the benefit of clients and prospects. Identify emerging trends and analytic opportunities within large data sets.Essential duties and responsibilities:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to all analytic resources, procedures and explanation of reports.Actively work to maintain the internal databases through data import and quality assurance.Assist in the identification, creation and marketing of analytic reports including creating comprehensive displays for client facing slide decksBuild and maintain relationships with team members and business units.Support company projects and initiatives.Required qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Insurance; or equivalent education and related trainingThree years of working experience in Property and Casualty insuranceMust have a Property and Casualty insurance licenseOne year of reporting experienceDemonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple applications. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
