Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and client satisfaction through effective project billing and support. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who is detail oriented and comfortable working with project managers and high level executives

Responsibilities:
- The Accounting Specialist is going to be focused on billing, setting up projects aligning, billing terms with contracts
- Collaborate with team members to gather and verify billing data
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly invoices in accordance with contract requirements
- Provide occasional cross-functional support to the accounting team
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of billing/accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Salary Range: $75,000 – 90,000
