Details Emergency Services department in a 65-bed unit Patient ratios: Shock 2:1, Core 4:1, Psych 3:1, Exam 6:1 Uses Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitor, and Belmont Rapid Infuser Documents in Epic EMR Schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7a-7p, 3x12-hour day shifts Works every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) No call requirements Floating required according to skill set Requirements Active RN license (Indiana or Compact) required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required Previous emergency nursing experience in a large ED required Strong critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volume in a fast-paced environment No gaps in work history of 90 days within the past 12 months EKG testing required as part of the qualification process Additional Information Provide emergency nursing care across varied acuity levels including shock, core, psych, and exam patients Navy blue scrubs required Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius are considered local and eligible at a reduced bill rate American Traveler Job ID P-749007.
