Join us and let’s get started.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Rail Project Specialist to join our team in Panama.The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serves as a fully capable professional in the field with minimal directionApplies advanced knowledge to develop procedures and tools to facilitate high quality cost-effective project activities.Develops estimates of technical efforts for projectsManages communication and collaboration with full project team and clientConducts interdisciplinary review of project deliverables and develops estimates of technical efforts for projectsOversees the development and implementation of technical approach and the completion of complex work which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativityReview and oversight project designs and plans with responsibility.Review and oversight designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings and working drawingsExercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment May oversee the work of less experienced designers. Meets with clients and oversees all aspects of the project to ensure client needs are met.This vacancy aims to strengthen our talent pool for future opportunities.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:BS/BA with 6 plus years of rail/railway project experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in PMO Rail ProjectsFreight and Passengers railwaysAdditional InformationRelocation assistance is not available for this position.At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
