Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate. Support clients in areas such as: Community Access, Personal Care, Medical Appointments, Peer Interactions, Recreational Activities. What We're Looking For: Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role What You Need to Apply: Be 21+ years old Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License Must pass a background check Previous experience in human services is a plus If you know American Sign Language , let us know!
