Duties include patient health assessment, creating strategies to improve or manage patient health, and introducing habits for health promotion. The medical provider will provide support to our urgent care center by providing primary and acute care to the visitors and residents of our community. This is an opportunity to work in an urgent care practice that is very patient focused and compassionate. Responsibilities Perform patient health assessment and develop management plans. Provide primary and acute care services in a 24/7 urgent care setting. Introduce health promotion habits and strategies to improve patient health. Qualifications Must possess a Nurse Practitioner Certification or advanced practice certification. Master’s degree preferred. Current state license and successful completion of professional educational program. Credentialing by NCCPA/ American Nurses Credentialing Center preferred. Benefits PTO.
