Position SummaryThe Client Support Operations Coordinator serves an integral role within the financial planning process by coordinating the administrative activities necessary to deliver a seamless planning experience for both clients and advisors.

This position works closely with Wealth Advisors throughout the planning engagement-from initial onboarding through plan preparation and delivery-ensuring information is organized, workflows remain on schedule, and clients receive exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and passionate about providing outstanding client support while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Primary Responsibilities· Financial Planning Administration: Support Wealth Advisors during financial planning engagements from onboarding through plan delivery.

· Manage financial planning workflows and timelines.

· Coordinate client onboarding activities.

· Assist with AdvicePay planning engagements.

· Collect and organize client financial information.

· Maintain secure document management within the client vault.

· Assist clients with eMoney registration and portal access.

· Coordinate external account linking within eMoney.

· Monitor completion of required planning documentation.

· Client Support: Schedule planning meetings.

· Communicate with clients regarding outstanding planning items.

· Monitor completion of planning checklists.

· Assist clients with secure document uploads.

· Provide administrative support throughout the planning process.

· Advisor Support: Organize planning files and documentation.

· Coordinate information requests with CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors when appropriate.

· Monitor planning milestones and workflow progression.

· Assist advisors in preparing for planning meetings.
