Residential Coordinator (Part Time)

LHH seeks a part time Residential Coordinator. In this vital position, you'll build rapport with participants, use trauma-informed and de-escalation strategies, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across the site.

• Promote a safe environment by monitoring facilities and grounds, observing behavior, engaging proactively with participants, and utilizing de-escalation techniques.
• Coordinate with onsite case management to support both safety and operational needs.
• Partner with security personnel (if applicable) to ensure consistent site coverage and response capacity.
• Conduct regular safety rounds, documenting and communicating any concerns or discrepancies.
• Assist leadership with documentation, including incident reports, safety memos, and ongoing written correspondence.
• Respond to crises or security concerns using non-violent crisis intervention, team-based response strategies, and trauma-informed communication.
• Support the development of site materials such as procedures, forms, and operational manuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and/or in an interim housing, shelter, or residential services environment.
• Comfort and alignment with the Harm Reduction model, including compassion, non-judgment, and trauma-informed practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during crises, emergencies, or high-stress situations.
• Observational detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

Shifts: Friday-Saturday 7AM-3:30PM and Sunday-Monday 3PM-11:30PM or someone who can do both shifts.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
