Role Summary As a Retirement Plan Specialist at Guidant Financial, you will begin by learning the full process to administer, test, and report on 401(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, training, and hands-on experience, you will progress from document review to administering basic plans. You will review client-submitted documents, proactively update clients on progress, and help clients understand year-end reporting documents necessary for government filings, including the annual Form 5500.
