Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher (Mild/Moderate ECSE) for the 2026–2027 school year in Patterson, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support elementary-aged students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative educational environment while fostering academic, social, behavioral, and developmental growth.

This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students achieve their educational goals while working alongside supportive school teams and families.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
• August 6, 2026 – May 28, 2027
• Onsite

Qualifications:

• Active California Special Education Credential required
• Mild/Moderate Authorization required
• Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) experience preferred
• Current California credentials must be in good standing
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Commitment to creating a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals and educational needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and developmental skill growth
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, administrators, and general education staff
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Caseload:

• Elementary Mild/Moderate Program
