About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Rehab RN in Jacksonville, Florida, 32233!

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting, including those recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injury
• Deliver individualized, patient-centered rehabilitation nursing care tailored to each patient's recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EHR
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:8, ensuring safe and effective care across assigned caseload
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families throughout the recovery process
• Support patients across floors 1-2 of a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility

• Active RN license (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of rehabilitation nursing experience
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Cooperative, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
• Familiarity with Cerner EHR platform
• Experience working with rehabilitation patient populations including neurological and orthopedic diagnoses
