SITECH Southeast Texas (SETX) is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Service Supervisor to lead our service department and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.

This role combines team leadership, customer service, service operations, and construction technology . The Service Supervisor will oversee day-to-day service activities, develop team members, manage customer relationships, and ensure repairs and service work are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What You'll Do as a SITECH Service Supervisor:

As the Service Supervisor, you'll lead daily service operations while ensuring the team delivers responsive, efficient, and high-quality support to SITECH customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop service team members to achieve department objectives
• Delegate and prioritize service work while monitoring progress, productivity, and completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to support customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Manage service-related invoices, new orders, and inventory tracking
• Oversee service desk operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
• Audit service work and customer interactions to ensure quality and performance standards are met
• Train new employees, establish development plans, and conduct performance appraisals
• Build strong working relationships across Sales, Operations, and other departments
• Maintain knowledge of SITECH products, services, industry standards, and best practices
• Support department sales objectives and maintain a sales-minded, customer-focused approach
• Partner with the General Manager on sales planning, market changes, and strategic business initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in service supervision, customer service, or operations management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to monitor workflow, productivity, and operational performance
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Sales-minded approach with an understanding of how service contributes to customer retention and business growth

Preferred Experience:

• Associate degree from a technical college
• Experience with construction technology
• Experience with Trimble Technology Solutions
• Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment or technology
• Experience with machine control, grade control, GNSS, or related construction technologies
• Previous leadership experience in a technical service or heavy equipment environment
