As a Cafeteria Cook, you're not just preparing great tasting food items you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The Hilton Santa Barbara is hiring for a Cafeteria Cook. If you have six months of culinary experience or are a recent culinary school graduate, this role is the perfect position to learn and grow within the hospitality industry!

Schedule: Availability from 6:30am-2:30pm required including weekends and holidays.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Prepare high-quality dishes: Cook menu items for the team member cafeteria according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience: Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently to provide team members with timely, satisfying meals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Manage inventory needs: Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
