Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. High-skilled SNF experience is preferred. Comfort working collaboratively; facility currently staffs 2–3 other PTs. New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship and team support available.
