Machine Operator II - First Shift

Machine Operator II position at a manufacturing facility producing laboratory equipment for pharmaceutical and life-science research. Role involves operating machinery, verifying settings, and maintaining production quality on a 10-hour first shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery to verify accuracy and meet production schedules
- Calculate machine controls and edit programmed data to achieve quality production goals
- Inspect blueprints and parts to confirm dimensional accuracy and setup requirements
- Monitor machine operation, detect malfunctions, and adjust controls to maintain standards
- Track production data using SAP system and perform finishing work such as grinding burrs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, or production experience
- Ability to read part numbers, labels, and work instructions
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Capacity to lift 40 pounds regularly
- cGMP environment experience preferred
Compensation: $20.00/hr
