About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Capital Markets with a focus on Sales and Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the origination and expansion of issuer relationships across a diverse range of debt financing solutions. This senior role demands an experienced professional with a strong background in debt capital markets, particularly in the areas of corporate retail notes, structured products, and other fixed-income securities. The role is highly revenue-generating and requires a candidate with a proven track record in originating and executing corporate debt transactions, as well as a deep understanding of the full underwriting process. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-first dealmaker, capable of independently sourcing, structuring, and closing transactions, and will have a network of corporate treasurers, CFOs, and finance executives. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate issuers, onboarding new issuers, and taking primary ownership of issuer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to design and distribute new issue offerings, as well as partnering with issuers to develop customized capital-raising solutions. The candidate should be adept at monitoring market conditions, optimizing transaction strategies, and contributing to the development of new product initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding FINRA licenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, be self-driven, and possess the ability to translate complex financing structures into clear client solutions.
