Senior Technology TrainerLocation: Annapolis, MD ContractWe are seeking experienced Senior Technology Trainers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs supporting a range of technology platforms. The role focuses on enabling users through instructor-led training, digital learning content, and technical documentation for both proprietary and commercial software applications.Responsibilities:Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)Develop training materials, including:User guidesQuick reference documentsTraining videos and e-learning modulesCreate instructional content for software applications (e.g., Microsoft tools, proprietary systems)Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and align deliveryProvide regular status updates and communicate progress with project leadershipManage multiple training initiatives and ensure timely deliveryQualifications:Deliver engaging training using adult learning principlesExperience with instructor-led training (ILT) for technical audiencesContent DevelopmentCreate:Technical documentationQuick reference guidesWeb-based training contentVideo-based learning modulesTools & TechnologiesFamiliarity with tools such as:CamtasiaArticulate 360VyondProject & Stakeholder ManagementAbility to manage multiple training projects simultaneouslyStrong coordination and time management skillsEffective communication with stakeholders and SMEsTechnical KnowledgeStrong understanding of:Microsoft Office ecosystemTraining development methodologiesTroubleshooting user issuesAdditional RequirementsAbility to create and present training for professional audiencesStrong communication and presentation skillsCapability to develop engaging and effective instructional content
