Key Responsibilities:
- Food Prep: Wash, chop, and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes.
- Service Execution: Cook menu items with speed and accuracy during high-volume periods.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all food safety regulations.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with front-of-house and other kitchen team members.
- Inventory: Assist in unloading deliveries and monitoring stock levels.
