Key Responsibilities: Assessment & Diagnosis: Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing abilities, setting clear and achievable treatment goals. Personalized Treatment Planning: Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Therapy & Counseling: Deliver targeted interventions to improve voice, fluency, and communication skills, while providing essential support to patients and their families. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, and train family members or caregivers to ensure continuity of care. Innovation & Research: Stay engaged in ongoing research to refine and discover new methods for treatment.

Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensure/Certification: Current CA Speech-Language Pathology License. Skills: Strong ability to assess and develop comprehensive care plans. Thorough knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and Medicare documentation standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
