Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• 1+ year recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to diverse adult populations in a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and document in EMR
