ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior eMarketing Specialist will drive digital marketing across paid search, shopping, social, and Amazon channels in direct support of Fanatics Authentic, a fast-growing, high-visibility collectibles and memorabilia business closely tied to product drops, athlete demand, and real-time sports moments. This is a hands‑on, campaign-ownership role requiring deep in-platform expertise, strong analytical capability, and the agility to optimize spend quickly in response to launches and live sports events. The Senior eMarketing Specialist delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI‑enabled insights.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) Develop and execute campaigns that connect fans with the collectibles and memorabilia they care about most, especially around high-demand product drops and marquee sports moments. Ensure campaign creative, targeting, and messaging are relevant and compelling to the fan audiences most likely to engage with Fanatics Authentic products. Monitor campaign performance in real time and make rapid adjustments to maximize fan reach and conversion during limited‑release and time‑sensitive events. Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights that improve how the business delivers value to fans across digital touchpoints. Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit) Introduce new approaches to paid media within the collectibles and memorabilia category, identifying opportunities to expand channel presence and improve existing processes.
