Customer Care Representative

What You\'ll Do Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and compassion. Schedule service, maintenance, replacement estimates, and installation appointments using our CRM software. Coordinate technician schedules for maximum efficiency. Pull permits and schedule required inspections for installations. Confirm appointments and communicate with customers throughout the scheduling process. Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation. Support the operations team by keeping jobs organized and moving forward. Work closely with technicians, installers, and management to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Help create customers for life through exceptional communication and follow-up. What We\'re Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable learning and using computer software and CRM systems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems independently. Previous customer service, dispatching, or office experience is preferred but not required.
