• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | On Call for after-hours emergencies | Weekend and Holiday Rotations

What You'll Do:

• Perform all daily maintenance tasks directly, including preventative maintenance, routine repairs, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep
• Independently provide long-term facility improvement with hands-on maintenance support across the facility
• Ensure compliance with all safety codes, state regulations, and company policies
• Maintain and monitor all building systemsHVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, and grounds
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning

What You'll Need:

• Must have experience with TELS system and regulations - senior living background preferred
• Physical ability to perform manual work
• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED
