Our line cooks deliver the reliable, crowd-pleasing dishes that match the energy of the TV screens. From weekday specials to watching parties, Maloney’s food stands up to the pep of the place.

• Prepare and cook menu items to Maloneys’ quality and presentation standards .

• Work efficiently on the line during high-volume shifts.

• Assist with daily prep, stocking, and station setup.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards .

• Communicate and coordinate with fellow cooks and FOH staff to keep service running smoothly.

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person .

• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during busy shifts.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about great food .

• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
