What You’ll be Doing - Clinical & Patient Services support for patients & providers

• Obtain and document vital signs and patient symptoms

• Give vaccinations and collect blood and urine samples

• Perform routine diagnostic lab tests

• Assist physicians with exams and procedures

• Patient service - answering phones, scheduling, insurance verification, communication via phone & text

• Protocol-based telephone screening

• Develop friendly, supportive relationships with families as part of their care team

Required Experience & Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nursing program

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Schedule & Pay

• $21 to $25 per hour

• Tues & Wed 7:45am to 5:30pm + Fri afternoon + Sat rotation and PRN shifts

• 20 to 25 hrs/wk; potential to grow into full time role

• 3 Weeks PTO per year
